In England cancer patients do need to pay for their own wig if they would like a human hair one. It is sometimes possible to be funded for a synthetic wig depending on income and benefits and personal circumstances. Many of our lovely cancer patients opt to come to us due to our one to one service and the quality of the wigs we provide.
