Eve had the awful news of having to go through chemotherapy, with the devastating fact, she will loose her hair. She came to Baguley’s of Cheshire hair clinic, knowing of my expertise in wig making, cutting and styling, over the years of doing her hair as a regular salon client.
After coming to terms with the idea of a wig, she singled out one synthetic wig, rather than choosing human hair from the show room mannequin wig display, that looked like her own hair and colour.
We cut thinned razored, and carefully styled it. Eve couldn’t believe how amazing and natural it was. She had a smile of relief that she still looked like her true self.
The Macmillan nurses at Christies asked why she hadn’t lost her hair, which she said ‘I have’ they were astonished it was a wig.
